My approach

I’ve developed an approach to community engagement that involves creating a feedback loop as part of the engagement process.

This is an important step, often overlooked, and one that can strengthen relationships and demonstrate transparency with stakeholders. People feel respected when they know how their feedback was used and the outcome.
